AJA have announced the Dante AV 4K-T and 4K-R, a 4K/UltraHD wireless video transmitter and receiver solution that utilises 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 inputs and outputs and enables networked video to be used alongside the industry leading Dante audio-over-IP platform on standard 1 GigE IP networks.

Announced earlier today at ISE 2016, RovoCam is AJA’s first compact block camera for industrial, corporate, security, ProAV and broadcast applications and quite the departure from the company's first camera - the AJA Cion - which targeted filmmakers and video producers with a Super 35 sensor and UHD ProRes recording on board. RovoCam’s HDBaseT interface supports control of 4K/UltraHD video, power, audio and RS-232 over a single Cat 5e/6 cable.

AJA just introduced their latest external recorder - the Ki Pro Ultra. It is a next generation file-based 4K/UltraHD/2K/HD video recorder and player with a built-in HD LCD monitor; capable of capturing edit-ready Apple ProRes files in a range of video formats and frame rates up to 4K 60p.

After months of hard work by the engineering team at AJA doing their best to get the camera finalised and ready for production, the wait is finally over as AJA recently announced that the camera is ready and is now shipping globally.
