At Visual Impact we offer a reliable and efficient worldwide delivery service, ensuring our products reach clients quickly and securely wherever they are based

UK Mainland Delivery
Delivery within 2–3 working days via approved couriers.

Rest of the World
We use TNT/Fedex ,UPS and DHL - offering delivery within a 2–10 working day timeframe. A member of our sales team will contact you with a shipping quote.

Important Information:

• UK Deliveries: Orders are dispatched to the cardholder’s address only. Deliveries take place Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature.
• Availability: “Available to Order” indicates that items can be sourced from our suppliers; it does not guarantee that the item is currently in stock.
• Bank Transfer Payments: Goods cannot be dispatched until full payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed by Visual Impact, your order will be shipped.
• Weight & Size Limits: Delivery costs are based on a 20kg maximum weight limit. Oversized items, as defined by courier standards may incur additional charges.
• Order Verification: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email if your order is delayed.
• Working Days: All quoted delivery times refer to standard working days – Monday – Friday.
