Job Title: Sales Support
We are seeking a motivated person to join the team at our office in Teddington. Working within the team, the successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the Sales process including supporting the Sales Team with their Account Management. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a clear and logical ability to provide support at all levels. Knowledge/experience of Video and Film equipment or production is not a necessity.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, be highly organised, show a good capacity for multi-tasking and have a willingness to help maintain our excellent customer service.
The role will include: Quote, PO, Order and Invoice Management. You will interact with and maintain good relationships with both customers and suppliers. You will have confidence to step up to new challenges. You will be organised, show good attention to detail and have a good level of numeracy and computer skills.
