Anton Bauer Dionic 26V batteries

Anton Bauer is working on new and more powerful batteries for the latest generation of digital cinema cameras. The Anton Bauer Dionic 26V batteries are coming soon as a lightweight alternative to high-powered block batteries providing the perfect on-set solution for run and gun setups on cameras like the ALEXA LF as well as powerful LED lights such as the Litepanels Gemini. The new Dionic 26Volt batteries will feature the company’s new Gold Mount Plus locking mechanism for a more secure and reliable connection to the camera. The batteries will be available in 98Wh and 240Wh capacities and we expect to learn more about them very soon.

ARRI External Radio Modules

ARRI has announced new External Radio Modules for their Stabilized Remote Head 3. The new external radios model ERM 900 and ERM 2400 offer a major upgrade in wireless communication bringing more range and reliability for all production situations especially those involving drone shots, helicopters and or cable cams. And speaking of ARRI, the stunning trailer for World War 1 epic 1917 recently debuted online. Shot by legendary cinematographer Roger Deakins, 1917 marks the first major motion picture to be shot on the new ALEXA MINI LF camera using ARRI Signature Primes. As an ARRI authorised camera distributor we are expecting to start delivering our initial batch of ALEXA MINI LF cameras to customers very soon.
