Canon releases updates with regards to Cinema Raw Light and firmware updates for Canon cameras. A Canon RAW Plugin 1.0 for Final Cut Pro X plug-in is now available. This will assist in importing and editing Canon Cinema RAW Light (CRM) clips with Final Cut Pro X, which runs on macOS systems made by Apple Inc.

Blackmagic Design announce Camera 4.5 update which adds support for the new Blackmagic URSA Mini SSD recorder which records RAW or ProRes onto SSDs. This update improves SDI output latency to less than 1 frame for URSA Mini Pro as well as lowering LCD monitoring latency.
