Recently launched at NAMM 2019 the new Sennheiser XS Wireless Digital is a plug & play, entry-level wireless microphone series operating in the 2.4 GHz spectrum for license-free worldwide use. Ideal for band practices, club dates, vlogging or freelance video shoots.
It offers small, lightweight transmitters and receivers, one touch operation and 5 hours of runtime. Although the batteries are non-removable and must be charged via the USB-C port.
There are ten different kits in the range which are split between music and video, but they are all based around the same modular transmitter & receiver. You can choose either XLR, jack (6.3mm, 1/4”) or mini jack (3.5mm, 1/8”) connections.
