The Tilta Camera Cage for Sony FX6 Basic Kit provides protective armour for the camera, minimizing wear and supporting various accessories. It features mounting points including ARRI Rosettes, 1/4in-20 and 3/8in-16 threads, as well as a 15mm rod support for matte boxes and follow focus systems. The multi-functional top plate is compatible with both the original and new top handles, and the built-in monitor mount is compatible with the original monitor bracket.

However, please note that the Rosette Mount on the baseplate may need to be removed for additional clearance when using the Sony FX6 Side Handle. Caution should also be exercised when rotating the handle to avoid scratching it against the cage. The kit also includes a side arm with multiple mounting points and a reserved space for camera index stickers for clear labeling in multi-camera environments.
