We are Europe’s leading supplier of broadcast equipment to the production community. Established in 1987 by Group Managing Director John Quincey, we employ 130 people who are based out of 20 offices in 10 countries covering UK, Europe and South Africa. Our clients include some of the major broadcasters, production companies, freelancers and corporate blue chip companies around the world including, BBC, Granada TV, ITV, Sky, RTE, Hat Trick Productions, Carnival Films, Red Productions, Vertigo films, Open Mike, Hotcam Ltd and BHP.
We are a BBC approved supplier and both our sales and service departments are accredited by all the major manufactures including Sony, ARRI, Panasonic, Canon, JVC, Fujinon, Vinten and Sachtler.

Over the last few years we have increased our web presence to complement our in branch offering. This is set to increase, giving our customers the choice to buy how they want to, combining the convenience of buying on-line with the personal service available at their local branch.
We offer our customers over 85,000 products, and this list is growing every day. We select very carefully the products we sell and only supply top quality products from brands we trust, so customers can be confident in the performance of the products they buy.

At Visual Impact we aim to make buying professional video and audio products completely hassle free. Customers can not only track their order, but also view previous orders, and keep a 'wish list' of products. They can also change your account details, all without having to speak to our customer support team.
However, our customer service doesn't stop once you have bought the product. To help you get the most from your equipment, we run a number of demonstration and in-store training events throughout the year, focusing on specific products or different aspects of film making. You can also sign up for 1-2-1 training when you buy a new camcorder.
