In 2017, Sachtler partnered up with Vinten, to develop and launch the award-winning flowtech75. The revolutionary tripod technology represented a giant leap in what was possible when it comes to speed of deployment, ruggedness, and reliability. Flowtech tripods are extremely versatile, lightweight and easier and faster to deploy and adjust than any other tripod. Leveraging the best from both brands, the revolutionary technology combines the speed of deployment of Sachtler with the torsional rigidity of Vinten.

Sachtler then continued the "tripod revolution" with the bigger flowtech100 for 100mm fluid heads. Compatible with all major 100 mm fluid heads, flowtech100 supports a payload of up to 30 kg, making it the ideal tripod for heavy-duty ENG setups, or cinema camera rigs filming a wide range of projects including, but not limited to narrative, wildlife, commercial, and documentary productions.
