Peli

Just like many other success stories, the story of Peli has humble beginnings. From a simple, but very useful home-made device to mark the location of scuba divers, Peli's story began in 1976 thanks to the genius invention of scuba enthusiast Dave Parker. After the success of the initial product, he quickly began work on designing his next product: a superior first-aid kit for divers. The cases were rugged, durable, and built to keep the contents stored inside safely protected from water and dust. This case was a massive success among divers, who started to use the case for other purposes because of its ruggedness, but most of all they used the case to protect other valuables.

Over the years, Peli evolved into the most recognised brand and market leader for protective cases used to protect equipment and valuables in a wide range of fields including photography, television and video production, motion picture production, emergency services, military and many more.

Today, Peli is still located in Torrance where it all started. The company has a 200,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space at its disposal, and the brand has grown into a global enterprise with 11 manufacturing facilities, 23 international sales offices, and multiple advanced case centres, network stations, and service centres around the world.
