At Visual Impact we understand the importance of keeping your equipment downtime to a minimum. With Fast Track Service we will make sure your equipment is back ready for work as soon as possible. While your product is being serviced you can relax in our customer lounge, use the complementary wireless internet access or take a look at the latest products in our demonstration area.
Within 60 minutes you will be back on the road with your newly serviced equipment.
Quality Assured
Every Visual Impact engineer who services your equipment is manufacturer accredited and attends regular training sessions. Which means they know the latest updates and techniques to ensure your product is serviced quickly and to the highest possible standards .
The benefits
Minimum downtime
When you phone to book your equipment in for service, our service department will ask you a few quick questions to determine if the repair can be carried out within 60 minutes. If so, you will be offered the option of a Fast Track Service.
With a Fast Track Service as soon you arrive your equipment will be taken immediately to one of our experienced engineers who will carry-out the repair and you can be back on the road within minutes.
Making good use of your time
While your product is being serviced your time is not wasted. You can relax in our customer lounge and check your emails or surf the net via our FREE wireless internet connection, pick-up any additional hire equipment you may need or take a look at the latest products in our demonstration area. Alternatively just sit back and relax with a cup of tea or coffee and read the paper.
Keeping you informed
As you will be on hand, if our engineers discover more work is needed they can discus it with you straight away. You will then be given the option of booking your equipment in on another day or we can continue to work on it there and then.
