This event will enable you to get up close and personal with Panasonic new VariCam LT 4K Super 35 camera. Try out this new addition to the VariCam family for yourself and understand the benefits by talking directly to Richard Payne Head of Technology from Holdan.

The lightweight and compact Varicam LT 4K Super 35 camera is a departure from the modular design of its predecessor; however it does share a lot of the features of the 35 as well as the ability to shoot in multiple formats ranging from 4K, UHD, 2K and HD. It is also fully capable of High Dynamic Range (HDR) image capture thanks to its 14+ stops of dynamic range at its dual native ISOs of 800 and 5000. It features the same sensor as the 35, has ProRes recording up to 240fps in a crop sensor mode and can take Canon EF or PL mount lenses.

The Varicam LT is half the price and size of Panasonics flagship Super 35mm 4K camera and uses the same sensor so on paper it looks very impressive. However, it's the pictures that count and you can only judge that by seeing it for yourself.

Held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere you can chat with other attendees to understand if this camera fits your requirements and what they think about the competition. This event will equip you with the practical knowledge and hands-on experience to know whether investing in this camera is worth it, which accessories are best and which to avoid.

The day is split into two sessions each starting with a short presentation from Richard Payne Head of Technology from Holdan, followed by a Q&A session with plenty of time for you to get your hands on the kit. Equipment being demonstrated includes the VariCam LT 4K Super 35 camera plus a range of the latest accessories.

You will leave this session with:

• A clear understanding of how the VariCam LT compares against the VariCam 35
• Advice on the benefits it offers over the competition
• Hands-on experience of using the VariCam LT with appropriate accessories
