Who will handle my business?
If you are looking for an equipment hire solution, then you'll deal directly with our Hire division. They'll advise you on such things as, the merits of different brand names, product types or even the arguments for hire of different brand names, product types or even the arguments for hire or purchase of new or used equipment. If your need is for something more complex, you'll have an experienced member of our sales team who will co-ordinate all of the in-house resources needed to match your requirement. If you wish, all of your subsequent business with us can be handled by this named individual.

What brands do you deal in?
As you would expect, we stock all the major brand names like Sony, JVC, Canon and Panasonic, as well as very many lesser known manufacturers. However, we are highly responsive to market demand, so if there's a call for a particular manufacturer's product we will always have it in stock.

Do you support all of them with training and technical knowledge?
Yes. We offer full support for all our customers on all equipment sold and systems installed. Our state-of-the-art Video Demonstration Suite is an optional part of the pre-sales process for all Visual Impact customers. Our Engineering and Technical Support team are available to provide on-site assistance or telephone advice and they, in turn, have the backing of state-of-the-art workshops and a massive inventory of spares.

And guarantees?
Of course. And we are one of very few dealers in the industry to offer warranties on used equipment as well as new. In fact, we'll even give you a free loan of replacement equipment, should you experience a problem during the warranty period.

What about prices?
If we had anything as grand as a pricing policy, it would be to offer you exceptional value for money while we continue to make a profit. You will find (or if you're an existing customer you'll know) that we offer very competitive prices on both new and used equipment. Our rental rates are low for both long and short term bookings.

Do you offer finance to back up your contracts?
Our job is to facilitate your purchase, so we are always happy to discuss ways of helping you finance your deal. Although we consider the usual factors like value, track record and the mix of new and used kit, our intention is to develop and sustain a long relationship, so we'll try to structure the finance to suit each customer's pocket and business.

Where do you deliver and what are the delivery costs?
We deliver anywhere - we have to because Visual Impact has a significant overseas market. Deliveries and collections are free within the M25 circle and elsewhere, charges are usually negotiable with the Sales Team.
