There are many ways in which to make contact these days, none of which is flawless and all of which serve their own purpose. Our contact infrastructure works around e-mail and telephone and between the two it should always be possible to contact a member of our staff, either here or overseas. During office hours our main line +44 (0)20 8977 1222 will route your call through our reception and you will always be able to speak to someone on this number and usually be transferred to the person of your choice. Our main line fax number is +44 (0)20 8943 5307. Address : Most staff have a Direct Dial Number which you are welcome to try, however, we cannot guarantee an answer as we have chosen not to put these direct dials into an endless loop of message leaving but rather to reflect the current status as it is. For example, an engaged tone means that the person is on the telephone and no answer means that they are not at their desk. We do not operate a voice mailbox as this can often lead to un-answered messages. From the list below all staff working for our organization and their contact details are available including e-mail address where appropriate. We operate an automated e-mail answerback system to notify you of that staff member’s absence from the office, a likely response time and an alternative e-mail or telephone number should your enquiry be urgent.
