Visual Impact is recognised as a premier service provider by leading manufactures such as Sony, Panasonic, JVC, Sachtler, Manfrotto, Vinten, Canon and Fujinon. We are authorised to carry-out warranty repairs on their behalf and as an insurance approved repairer have experience in dealing with loss adjusters and insurance claims.
We offer repair and maintenance of broadcast cameras, VTR's, monitors, lenses and tripods. We have a dedicated lens and tripod facility, 6 service centres in the UK and 12 more across Europe and South Africa.
Since 1987 Visual Impact have been servicing broadcast equipment for a wide range of customers from large broadcasters such as the BBC to freelance cameramen. Our experienced engineers are trained to a high standard being able to certify equipment is fit for purpose and that it reaches the manufacturer's specifications.
