London Heathrow (30 min drive) Printable Map

Exit Heathrow and follow signs for M25. You can join M25 via the M4 or A3113. Take M25 anti-clockwise towards M3, Gatwick direction. Leave at Junction 12 to join M3, heading towards Sunbury/London. From here, follow directions as per M3/A316.

Follow signs for M25. Join M25 heading clockwise towards M3. Leave at Junction 12 to join M3, heading towards Sunbury/London. From here, follow directions as per M3/A316.

Take A312 junction off A316 (Apex Corner), follow signpost for A312. Go through traffic lights with Sainsbury's on the right hand side. At roundabout turn left (A313), go straight through next two sets of traffic lights (first set being at Hampton Hill, second set at Teddington High Street). Continue through Teddington town centre past two further sets of lights, up the hill on to railway bridge. Go straight across 2 mini roundabouts, taking immediate right hand turn after 2nd mini roundabout, leading into Station Road (Natwest Bank on corner). Teddington Business Park is 200 yards on right hand side.

Follow Kingston one-way system towards Kingston bridge. Stay in right hand lane on bridge. At roundabout after bridge, turn left but stay in right hand lane taking immediate right into Church Road at lights. Follow road straight (Bushy Park on your left), until you come to mini roundabout, go straight across into Park Road, continue past Police station to roundabout on bridge, turn right and go straight across 2nd roundabout, taking immediate right into Station road, Natwest Bank is on corner. Teddington Business park is 200 yards on right hand side.

Follow A3036 Lavender Hill, towards Wandsworth. Go through Wandsworth High Street. Take A3 out of London. Once on by-pass, continue under Tibbets Corner, go through traffic lights at Roehampton lane. Stay in right hand lane and at Robin Hood roundabout take A308 towards Kingston Town centre. (Follow directions as per Kingston).

Arriving by train

From Waterloo take South-West train (mainline) to Shepperton or Richmond. Arive at Teddington station and exit on platform 2 into Station Road. Turn left. Go past small garden centre and Teddington Business Park is 200 yards on the left.
